Working with the founder, and artist, behind Cloth + Soul, Candice, was an absolute dream for Knack. Her patterns not only make a home come to life, but also a website – making it easy to create a site that engages customers!

Behind the scenes Knack integrated the Shopify site with powerful wholesale tools for easy customer administration and an additional revenue source for Cloth + Soul.

Email Automations

Everything from welcome emails for new customers, to workflow triggers after inquiry. Knack created a fully automated system to keep lines of communication open with new customers.
