1. Order Processing and Timeline
- Service-Based Projects: Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm your project details and establish a timeline. Project timelines may vary depending on the scope of work but will be clearly outlined in your project proposal or service agreement.
- Digital Products: For downloadable or digital products, a link to access your files will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours after payment is received.
- Physical Products (if applicable): Orders for physical products will be processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Digital Delivery: All digital assets will be delivered electronically via email or a designated cloud storage link, as specified in your order confirmation.
- Physical Delivery: For any physical items, standard shipping methods will be used unless otherwise requested. Delivery times will vary based on location and chosen shipping method, with estimated delivery times provided upon checkout.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
- Service Projects: All service projects are non-refundable once a contract is signed. If your needs change before we start your project, please contact us at hello@knackpdm.com to accommodate.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, these items are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
- Physical Products: Cancellations for physical items can be made within 24 hours of order placement by contacting our customer support team.
4. Refunds and Returns
- Service Projects: Refunds for services are available in cases where work has not yet commenced, or a clear issue or error was made on our end, as per our Terms of Service.
- Digital Products: Due to the digital nature, refunds for downloadable products are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- Physical Products: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days to arrange for a replacement or a full refund. For other return inquiries, contact us at hello@knackpdm.com.
