Marketing & Design Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented team member to support our growing roster of interior design, home, lifestyle, and e-commerce clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple brands and is comfortable managing a variety of marketing, design, website, and email marketing projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Designing and building email campaigns in Flodesk, Shopify, and Wix
• Creating and optimizing automated email flows
• Editing and maintaining websites within Wix and Squarespace
• Assisting with Shopify website updates and product management
• Designing social media graphics and scheduling content
• Designing branded marketing materials and digital assets
• Updating portfolio pages, project galleries, and testimonials
• Implementing basic SEO updates, including page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text
• Collaborating with our team to support ongoing client marketing initiatives

• Creative with a strong eye for design and branding
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive communicator who works well independently
• Excited to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment

• Squarespace
• Wix
• Shopify
• Flodesk
• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite

BONUS SKILLS

• Email marketing strategy and automation
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Social media scheduling and content planning
• Experience working with interior design, home, lifestyle, or retail brands

LOCATION: Remote
HOURS: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (flexible)
TYPE: Part-Time Contractor, 1099 position
PAY: Correlates to experience
