Current Opportunities:
Virtual Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Our boutique, full-service marketing agency helps businesses grow their market share via web, e-commerce, print, social, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Managing administrative tasks within projects + client follow-ups
Creating and updating project timelines + task lists
Organizing files, links, and client assets (Google Drive)
Supporting basic client onboarding + admin processes
Assisting with light research, documentation, and internal updates
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and proactive
Strong written communicator
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Asana, CRM, Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Canva, Asana, Jotform, Later, Adobe CS, Planoly and/or Flodesk is a plus.
Professional, dependable, and detail-driven
Hours: Part-time (flexible)
Location: Remote
