After a frustrating year with another e-commerce provider, Backwater Provisions turned to Knack to create a cohesive shopping experience for their customers using the Shopify platform. Knack migrated existing data, designed a site that reflected the shop’s coastal vibe, and continue to help the brand unlock new Shopify apps that keep shoppers returning to both their online and brick and mortar stores.
